When you have a hankering for some healthy Asian food but you're too lazy to leave the couch, may we suggest calling Rice.  Not only will they bring you one of their many delicious meals, but they'll do it in this nifty van that runs entirely on Waste Vegetable Oil, which is then recycled by Added Value, a farm in Red Hook.
